Conrad Maldives Rangali Island will host Chef Gabriela Filca as part of its Michelin Master Series from 3 to 7 December 2026, bringing a series of exclusive culinary experiences to the resort.
At 23, Gabriela Filca became one of the youngest women to lead a Michelin-starred kitchen when she took charge of Nebo Restaurant & Lounge at Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa. Under her leadership, the restaurant retained its Michelin star in 2024, the same year she was named Gault&Millau’s Great Chef of Tomorrow in recognition of her contribution to contemporary gastronomy.

The programme will feature three culinary experiences, beginning with Depth of Flavor at Ithaa Undersea Restaurant on 3 December at 6:30 pm. Guests will experience an exclusive tasting menu prepared by Chef Filca, drawing on contemporary techniques, seasonal ingredients and the precision of Michelin-starred cuisine.
On 5 December at 7:00 pm, Flavors by the Shore will bring a beachfront dining experience to Deluxe Beach. The evening will feature a four-course menu highlighting Maldivian lobster, interpreted through Chef Filca’s contemporary culinary approach.

The series will conclude on 7 December with From Kitchen to Plate, an interactive masterclass offering guests an opportunity to explore modern culinary techniques, seasonal ingredients and the creative processes behind Michelin-starred cuisine alongside Chef Filca.
Through the Michelin Master Series, Conrad Maldives Rangali Island continues its culinary programme with visiting chefs and distinctive dining experiences across its restaurants and island settings.
