Conrad Maldives Rangali Island is set to host a Festive Wellness Residency with Belinda Matwali from 18 December 2026 to 2 January 2027, bringing together astrology, meditation, breathwork and mindful movement. The programme is designed to guide guests through reflection, release and renewal as the year draws to a close and a new one begins.
The residency opens on 18 December with a welcome and introduction to Matwali’s wellness programme, followed by an end-of-year astrology reflection on 19 December. The session will explore the major astrological themes of 2026, inviting guests to reflect on their personal journeys. On 20 December, guests can take part in a Solstice Astrology and Yoga Nidra session, combining astrological insights with a guided meditation practice focused on rest, affirmation and subconscious reprogramming.

On 22 December, the programme continues with Electronic Music Meditation®: Shake Off the Year, Matwali’s active meditation experience combining somatic shaking, breathwork and guided meditation set to electronic soundscapes. Guests can then explore the major astrological themes and transits of 2027 during a dedicated session on 23 December, followed by a Full Moon in Cancer workshop on 24 December focusing on lunar themes and gestation cycles.
Further sessions will take place throughout the festive period, including a repeat of the end-of-year astrology reflection on 27 December for newly arrived guests. On 29 December, What Does Your Big 3 Mean? will introduce participants to the basics of personal astrology, exploring the significance of sun, moon and rising signs. An Astrology and Yoga Nidra session will follow on 30 December, offering another opportunity for guests to combine astrological reflection with guided meditation.

As the year comes to an end, guests can join Electronic Music Meditation®: Welcome in 2027 on 31 December, a celebratory active meditation designed to welcome the new year with vitality, clarity and life-force energy. The residency concludes on 2 January with a repeat of the astrology session exploring the year ahead.
